The session is to raise awareness of the statutory guidance of the DfE ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education 2022’ and to increase confidence. Safeguarding students is a vital role of all staff members and is important to ensure there is consistency in approach when working as an agency staff member; albeit across a range of roles and schools. Open to all candidates it is an opportunity to discuss: ways that students may be exposed to harm; school policies and procedures; Tempest Resourcing Code of Conduct.
