About the CPD course

The course will take learners through the evolving definitions of child sexual exploitation; child sexual abuse; and the Sexual Offences Act (2003); giving examples of how the definitions and terminology are operationalised and employed in practice. At the end of this module; a discussion surrounding the safeguarding duties of professionals considers both best practice and how to improve our responses to concerns about a child.
