About the CPD course

Propel training (Education settings) has been developed to drive inclusion supporting young people (14-24) with learning disabilities into employment. With only 5.1% of people with a learning disability in employment Propel training aims to reverse this through the provision of a support programmewhich can be embedded into education. This training provides delegates (education staff) with the tools; skills and practical know how to embed the principles of Propel within their setting. They are supported to embed a programme of activity into their SEND offer to support young people with learning disabilities develop a meaningful vocational journey.
