2023 marks the 50th year of FASD being a diagnosable condition and studies have suggested a high prevalence of FASD in children. It is important that school staff have a good understanding of what FASD is; how pupils can be impacted and the support that can be put in place for pupils with FASD. Developed by Maria Catterick - founder and director of FASD Network UK - this course will provide you with a thorough understanding of Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder and the ways that pupils with the condition can be supported in the classroom.
