A compact Masterclass covering the core fundamentals for effective event planning. Participants will develop core skills and the mindset for the fast pace of the events industry. Topics include: Planning an Event; Budget & Forward Planning; Marketing & Promotion; Event Production Health; Safety & Legislation; Evaluating an Event. Students will be assessed on their class participation and how well they complete class activities; which form part of a formative assessment. In completing this Masterclass learners will gain knowledge and key tips that will enhance skills for those at the beginning of their career along with refreshing the skills of more experienced event managers.
