About the CPD course
The aim of the workshop is to allow people to develop an understanding of what stress is; the difference between healthy and unhealthy stress and how we might manage it. The workshop will equip people with the skills and knowledge to apply healthy coping strategies; when faced with stressful situations. It will provide participants with an understanding of different types of resilience; and how to develop resilience to optimise and change their stress thresholds. As well as realising that we can bounce back after having experienced stressful life events; helping us to grow and learn valuable lessons from these.
