About the CPD course
The High-Performing Non Executive Director (NED)s Toolkit helps aspiring and existing NEDs assess their current competencies and skills against a proficiency framework that has been designed exclusively for Transpire Global. The framework defines twelve competencies and describes the behaviours that a high performing NED exhibits in the board room. The skills and knowledge required to exhibit competent behaviour are also defined in the framework. A Board Career Plan is also completed. The outputs from both these processes are then discussed in a 90-minute coaching conversation and a Personal Development Plan for the next 12 months agreed.
Transpire exists to help non-executive directors, board members, business leaders and executives operating at or near board level develop the competencies, knowledge and skills they need to increase the contribution they make at board level. Our Members share a passion for giving back to society through the application of their knowledge and experience to boards and for lifelong learning. They recognize the need to keep their knowledge and skills up to date by engaging in Continuing Professional Development and networking with peers which Transpire facilitates through its CPD & Networking Events Programmes, its Faculties and the Transpire Connect community platform.
