About the CPD course
This programme helps VSS/CCTV operators with an understanding of the key components of their role and how to be proactive in identifying and managing potential threats to their venue or organisation. They will be shown the Attack Cycle which determines how criminal and hostile attacks are planned and how surveillance plays a crucial part. Students will learn how Situational Awareness and Surveillance Detection can be used as proactive methods to prevent the escalation of threats using their VSS/CCTV systems.
