About the CPD course
This one-day bespoke programme explores a range of practical tools and insights from positive psychology; to support staff in coaching those with different expertise; influencing without authority; and forging beneficial collaborations across our hospital and wider infrastructure. All with the aim of becoming Confident; Resourceful; Future-focused CRF Managers. The programme uses stories; examples and scenarios that have been designed specifically for the UKCRF Network. This programme in designed for current and aspiring managers or leaders working within Clinical Research Facilities or similar units across the experimental medicine infrastructure.

Clinical Research Facilities (CRFs) for Experimental Medicine are dedicated facilities, where specialist clinical research and support staff from universities and NHS Trusts work together on patient-orientated commercial and non-commercial experimental medicine studies.
The UKCRF Network supports CRFs by providing best practice guidance and tools to ensure each CRF delivers clinical trials of the highest standard.
