About the CPD course

A 15 hour course; of 15 one-hour lessons covering the basic legal skill of legal writing for all types of legal texts used by professionals. Dealing with being clear; concise; precise and accurate in content and vocabulary whilst being easy for the reader to understand. The course covers the use of plain English for legal texts; as well as persuasive writing techniques and writing to explain and promote legal ideas for litigation; arbitration and negotiation.
