Case Manager training will help senior clinicians and managers to develop their awareness and understanding of the role of the Case Manager in formal investigations into doctors’ and dentists’ performance concerns. The training will introduce participants to the principles and processes set out in the NHS’s framework for Maintaining High Professional Standards in the modern NHS (MHPS). It will enable them to commission and manage formal investigations under the MHPS framework; or under any appropriate independent sector equivalent.
