About the CPD course

Written by Tracey Carr; who is both a Member of The Institution of Fire Engineers (MIFireE) and a Member of The Institute of Fire Safety Managers (MIFSM); this course has been specifically designed to encompass all of the every day factors a Waking Watch member of staff will face and what the key dos and donts of their role are. This training not only covers the basics of Waking Watch; but it details the purpose of Fire Safety Legislation and why features such as Cladding and Fire Compartmentation are so important when carrying out a Waking Watch service. The training provides the individual learner with the confidence of all of the key factors they need to know in every day duties to when there is a real emergency on site.
