Wales Restorative Approaches Partnership (W.R.A.P.) is a leading international hub, providing best practices in restorative approaches. A restorative approach is an ethos and value base for working with people, rather than to, or for them. The aim is to build, maintain, and repair relationships, both personally and professionally. Our team includes quality-assured practitioners, with local expertise from the earliest intervention with families and schools to working with the highest-end harm and risk in prisons. We ensure the restorative ethos and skills are embedded successfully and sustainably, enabling positive cultural change to take place over time, aligned with our client's strategic priorities.
