The future of inclusive workplaces

The Ageing Societies committee at ISO has published its first standards in this field and will provide the needed guidance to allow older persons to remain active in their local communities or organizations as long as possible. With standards in place there will be a greater possibility to benefit from the contributions of older persons in our society and allow more organizations to tap into the new markets. The webinar will discuss the way organizations can adapt to enable individuals to have a meaningful career throughout their lives and remain in employment longer. And also; how organizations can review their practices to enable individuals who have carer responsibilities to remain in employment.
