Our first dedicated CMBS conference since the GFC. We continue to see optimism among market participants and observers for the outlook; and renewed appetite among investors; rating agencies; servicers and others to engage collectively and drive sustainable growth in the market. This event is intended to be an intimate and in person only gathering encouraging active dialogue and participation from all. To provide a space where the industry can talk openly this event will be closed to the media and subject to the Chatham House Rule; the CREFC Europe competition compliance policy will of course also apply to the event.
CREFC Europe is the trade association for the commercial real estate (CRE) finance industry in Europe. Our mission is to promote transparent, liquid and sustainable CRE debt markets for the benefit of our members, the wider industry and ultimately the economy as a whole.
