About the event
Enhance case management practice through effective communication; with an emphasis on verbal communication and written communication. Throughout the programme; links will be made to relevant recent case law examples; CMSUK Standards of Practice and BABICM Competencies. Delegates will learn essential practical skills and insights from leading experts in their field of work further developing their knowledge and commercial awareness of the outside factors that impact on rehabilitation and case management funding decisions. A series of workshops aimed at “developing our case management toolbox using case law and evidence-based practice” will strengthen and guide practice and knowledge.
