Non-financial risk management

This course explores the taxonomy and risk types associated with non-financial risk and provides tools for integrating non-financial risks into your risk framework. The scope of non-financial risks poses many challenges for risk managers; including the roles and responsibilities associated with the 3LoD and managing overlapping risks; such as model and climate risk. Participants will assess their companies’ abilities to manage non-financial risks and learn ways to better measure and monitor these risks. With the monetary impact of non-financial risks on institutions being more widely recognised; understanding your risk appetite and planning for the future is of the utmost importance.
