In addition; history and background of the development of the CapFlex-PIP prosthesis; which was developed together with University of Zurich and KLSMartin and was used for the first time worldwide in Switzerland in 2010. Over 500 implantations in our department since then. Presentation of our own results and complications from our own register with more than 700 PIP joint replacements.
