This conference focuses on developing - using - authorising and reviewing Patient Group Directions (PGDs) to ensure safe and effective practice. It will look at improving the way PGDs are developed and ensuring effective governance of PGDs including authorization and review. The day will focus on developing PGD training programmes for frontline staff and improving practice and training records to ensure adherence to the NICE MPG2 (2017) guidance.
