Looking at the prevention of urinary tract infections. Focusing on the role of hydration in reducing infection particularly in the older age groups, but also in the broader context for staff and patients. The session will also be used to re-launch the E coli prevention video launched last year. A short video that providers and systems can use to help educate the public and patients and facilitate changes in health behaviours. The webinar will conclude with a revisit to the prevention of urinary tract infection, and using catheter passports and care plans to promote best practice.
