The new national Clinical Guideline for Care of the Dying Adult was released in draft form on 28th July 2015 by NICE with the final version being due for publication in December 2015.Chaired by Claire Henry Chief Executive of The National Council for Palliative Care this conference will support your service to ensure the clinical guideline is implemented effectively in your organisation to improve end of life care, outcomes and experience for dying people and their families.Professor Sam Ahmedzai Chair of the Guideline Development Group for the Clinical Guideline on Care of the Dying Adult, NICE and Professor of Palliative Medicine at the Department of Oncology School of Medicine and Biomedical Science for The University of Sheffield will discuss the New NICE Clinical Guideline on Care of the Dying Adult due to be published in December 2015 and will provide insight on implementation in practice of the clinical guideline and the priorities and challenges.
