Above Difference is an innovative Inclusive Leadership and Organisational Development Organisation dedicated to working with Public and Community Sector Bodies to create, lead and facilitate Inclusive Workspaces and Services. We enable organisations to leverage evidence based tools including Cultural Intelligence (CQ), Inclusive Leadership, Organisational Change and a Values Based Leadership approach to addressing and redressing the embedded systematic barriers to Equity and Inclusion.
