Above Difference is an innovative Inclusive Leadership and Organisational Development Organisation dedicated to working with Public and Community Sector Bodies to create, lead and facilitate Inclusive Workspaces and Services. We enable organisations to leverage evidence based tools including Cultural Intelligence (CQ), Inclusive Leadership, Organisational Change and a Values Based Leadership approach to addressing and redressing the embedded systematic barriers to Equity and Inclusion. Our unique Leadership and Organisational Pathway to Inclusion is creating real and sustainable changes in the bodies we work with; building internal resilience and capacity and creating positive and safe thinking environments where innovation, creativity and proven approaches are making inclusion a lived-in reality for workforces and the communities they serve.
