About the CPD course
This is a one-day foundational coaching skills workshop/ course aimed at middle managers working across the public sector. This course will extend the skill set and broaden the repertoire of managers; enabling them to use coaching skills to promote growth and development in their people. The programme explores the importance of coaching leadership and management styles as part of an inclusive (coaching) leadership approach. The delivery approach is experiential rather than didactic; with an emphasis on learning through doing. Supporting learning materials and suggested further reading are provided to underpin learning.
