About the CPD course
This is a six-day leadership development programme comprising three two-day modules: Leading self: Focuses on self-awareness: emotional intelligence: and resilience. Leaders explore their strengths: values: and leadership styles: enhancing personal effectiveness and adaptability; Leading teams: Equips leaders with skills to foster collaboration: manage conflict: and drive team performance. Emphasis is placed on communication: delegation: and developing high-performing teams. Leading cultures: Addresses the creation of inclusive: patient-centred cultures. Leaders learn to influence change: champion diversity: and align team values with NHS goals: promoting a culture of continuous improvement and care excellence.
