About the CPD course
This introductory skills-based course will enable participants to understand the unique ways that dementia affects people. Made up of four different modules participants will learn how to apply evidence-based practical tools to build positive relationships and confidently support people with dementia to live well. Delegates will also develop a deeper empathy and understanding and gain the skills they need to be able to build positive relationships with people with dementia. This course also contains content developed in partnership with Royal National Institute for Blind People around sight loss and dementia.
