About the CPD course
This course provides an overview of the theory behind positive behaviour for learning in educational settings. It provides practical tools and strategies for educators to use in the classroom to promote positive behaviour for learning in their educational setting. It does this through introducing theory behind restorative practice; alongside practical strategies for use in the classroom. It addresses how educators can build positive relationships with students; and manage the classroom environment effectively. Furthermore; this course provides an overview of behaviourism learning theory and suggests practical strategies supported by examples that educators can use to praise students effectively.
