About the CPD course
The role of volunteers is changing; but good practise in volunteer management remains the key to valuing volunteers and ensuring a positive and fulfilling experience for all concerned. This training is aimed anyone working with volunteers. As a participant you will work with your peers to understand the skills needed for successful volunteer engagement in your organisation; taking into account the volunteers' needs and those of the organisation.
