Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence relates to an ability to understand and control own emotions as well as understanding the emotional status of others. High EQ often translates into more effective leadership. “Researchers have shown that our success at work or in life depends on Emotional Intelligence 80% and only20% of intellect” (Cotras et al; 2012). Purposefully leveraging emotions for the collective smooth functioning and creation of a collaborative organisational culture is at the core of this training. It targets individuals who realise that building and maintaining positive relations with others is a pre-requisite towards enabling a suitable workplace culture and environment.
