About the CPD course
The Anti-Racism Training enhances race-related knowledge and skills in public health. Participants explore core concepts like race; racialisation; and anti-racism; as well as critical topics such as microaggressions; privilege; and allyship. The training prompts reflection on racism in the workplace and society; fostering a deeper understanding of how race impacts individuals and the NHS. Attendees gain insight into their own positionality in everyday situations. The workshop equips them with valuable resources for continuous learning and essential tools to become effective allies.
