This talk will provide participants with information and training on the liabilities arising from common areas; the legal responsibility for common areas and what to do if the transfer of the common areas from the developer to the management company has not taken place. Participants will be guided through the liability which arises to the management company under the Occupiers' Liability Act and the obligations of developers in respect of common area transfer.
