This talk will provide participants with a run through of the role and functions of the company secretary of an owners’ management company in Ireland. It will examine the functions and obligations of the company secretary. The course will examine the Companies Act 2014 and the Multi-unit Development Act 2011 and the sections therein relevant to the role and legal responsibilities of a company secretary.
