This course builds upon what you have learned in the Foundation Level Course; providing you with information about how to build and maintain a successful mental fitness regime. The second in a series of short courses that aim to increase all aspects of mental fitness including focus and balance; creativity and good decision making; confidence and resilience. You will be introduced to the science of habit forming and provided with an example schedule from which to work. You will develop your mental fitness toolkit with three new techniques that assist in unlocking potential; increasing performance and improving wellbeing.
Peak State is a social enterprise that believes the resources to reach mental fitness should be available to everyone, not just those who can afford it. As such, the resources produced in partnership with BREATHE will be available to everyone in Greece.
Using their joint experiences of adversity and subsequent post-traumatic growth whilst combining their sporting backgrounds, military ethos and passion for driving systemic change to help others, Nathan Jones and David Wiseman have developed Peak State to share what they have learned in the building and maintaining of mental fitness.
