The
third in a series of short courses that aim to increase all aspects of mental
fitness including focus and balance, creativity and good decision making;
confidence and resilience. This course builds upon what you have learned in the
Foundation and Intermediate Level Courses, providing you with information about
the science behind Peak State. You will be introduced to the two psychological
models that form the basis of Peak State’s techniques before developing your
mental fitness toolkit with three new techniques that assist in unlocking
potential, increasing performance and improving wellbeing.
Peak State is a social enterprise that believes the resources to reach mental fitness should be available to everyone, not just those who can afford it. As such, the resources produced in partnership with BREATHE will be available to everyone in Greece.
Using their joint experiences of adversity and subsequent post-traumatic growth whilst combining their sporting backgrounds, military ethos and passion for driving systemic change to help others, Nathan Jones and David Wiseman have developed Peak State to share what they have learned in the building and maintaining of mental fitness.
