This course is made up of 4 modules that users can learn about at their own pace. Course content includes How to recognise the indicators of poor mental health; the responsibilities of managers when looking after the personal welfare and wellbeing of others; signs and causes of workplace stress; how to handle bullying and harassment in the workplace; methods for dealing with aggression and violence in an education setting; ways of supporting staff who are experiencing alcohol or drug problems; how to support staff who may be going through the menopause.
