Test User: Occupational; Test Administration; Ability & Personality

This Test User Training provides individuals who are working in occupational contexts within an HR department; employment agencies or consultancies offering testing services to make choices between different psychometric tests and to determine when to use or not to use them. Providing an understanding of the technical qualities required of tests sufficient for understanding; but not for test construction. To enable the individual to work independently as a test user; providing the necessary knowledge and skills to interpret specific tests. Typically; for those involved in testing for personnel selection; development or career guidance and advice.
