About the CPD course

This menopause awareness course provides leaders with the knowledge and skills to support menopausal colleagues effectively. Participants will explore the stages of menopause; its symptoms; and the challenges faced in the workplace. Through interactive activities and real-life scenarios; learners will develop empathy; identify workplace barriers; and implement practical support strategies. The course also covers legal frameworks; such as the Health and Safety at Work Act and the Equality Act 2010; ensuring that employers are compliant while fostering an inclusive work environment for those experiencing menopause.

SOS Silence of Suicide

We are a small charity providing support for anyone struggling with poor mental health, suicidal ideation or bereavement by suicide SOS offers a freefone support line 7 evenings a week between 8pm and midnight. Our volunteers are all extensively trained, compassionate and hold enhanced DBS certificates. Our highly regarded group face to face meetings in safe, confidential spaces. These are free to the public, although we have also hosted meetings for businesses, other charities, retailers, sporting bodies, universities, schools, and government departments.
