About the CPD course
Quality Improvement (Q.I) bite size Driver diagrams. This session teaches candidates how to utilise the driver tool; to flesh out an aim and ensure all of the contributing factors into the aim are captured. Utilising clinical examples to illustrate how the tool works we will then provide resources and a selection of aims for groups to practice building their driver diagrams. By the end of the session; you will have gained an understanding of the following concepts: Driver diagrams as an improvements tool; What constitutes a primary driver; What constitutes a secondary driver; What we mean by tertiary drivers.
