About the CPD course
This course outlines why good customer service is a vital part of a service user’s experience of the NHS. All staff are responsible for delivering good customer service and this session can act as a useful reminder of the Trust values and behaviours and the positive impact they have on the service. It will allow attendees to understand empathy: the importance of confidentiality and how their words: actions and behaviours can impact both positively and negatively for internal and external customers.
South Tees is the largest hospital trust in the Tees Valley serving the people of Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland, Hambleton and Richmondshire and beyond.
