About the CPD course
The 5S Bitesize session is a session dedicated to exploring the 5S tool for workplace organisation. The session begins by exploring the process to be followed when making a quality improvement in the workplace and highlighting which stage of the process the 5S tool could be utilised. The session then explores waste and links this to poor organisation and finally focuses upon a deeper dive into the 5 stages of the 5S tool; finishing off with exploration of the 6th S = safety. Candidates are then provided with the opportunity to plan a 5S intervention specific to their workplace.
