About the CPD course
The Quality Improvement Lean practitioner course is a 4-half day training program. Candidates will work to deliver a service improvement project utilising Lean and/or 6 sigma methodology. The course utilises the DMAIC (Design; Measure; Analyse; Improve and Control) methodology structure with each session focusing on a different element. Candidates will attend the program over several months and work to complete a service improvement project. Training rolls over a 4-month period; with a final month for candidates to work to complete their projects. These are then reported across the Trust via a Lean poster presentation.
