About the CPD course
This course is designed to develop note taking skills needed to be able to record clear and concise notes during meetings. We will look at how to create an agenda as well as look at the importance of listening skills; how to prepare to listen and able to take notes during a meeting. We will outline techniques; strategies; and good practice to be able to produce detailed minutes after the meeting. This course is aimed at attendees who have little or no experience in note taking. This course may act as a refresher for those who already take notes.
