About the CPD course
The Process mapping Bitesize session introduces candidates to process mapping as a useful tool in QI. It supports candidates to develop their understanding of what process mapping is; when you could use and apply the tool and why. Candidates are then introduced to process measures which can be included in their mapping work in order to build understanding of flow of the process and identify areas for improvement.
