About the CPD course
Quality Improvement (Q.I) novice level is an introductory session to change concepts and change management. The workshop will introduce candidates to a number of quality improvement principles and the PDSA tool. Which is a fast packed trial and error to tool to understand change impact. The session closes with an exploration of organisational culture. Where candidates get chance to assess their own responses to change over 4 measured domains. The session concludes with a number of tools designed to overcome change resistance and help move a team forward through change.
