About the CPD course
Learning to manage stress can be beneficial to both physical and mental health. In this interactive workshop staff will gain a better understanding of stress; explore their own stress response and learn practical ways to reduce stress and improve their wellbeing through the exploration of simple but powerful mindfulness exercises. This session is suitable for all staff in an organisation. The Still Human MIND less FULL workshop is delivered with science-backed expertise to inspire positive change. The workshop will use evidence-based theory to inform participants about human behaviour and the importance of health and wellbeing.
