About the CPD course
The workshop helps leaders within an institution to set strategic objectives using the vision and mission; and to create metrics that can quantitatively measure the performance of the academic staff. The quantitative analysis will provide clear insights about different departments performance that enable taking data driven decisions and consequently improve the overall performance of the institution.
The International School of Elite Education is established on a strong and sound foundation of core values and ethics, with a strong emphasis on academic achievement.
