This training course is for those wanting to start their journey to being more inclusive of disabled students in higher education environments; including their transition into employment. We will discuss barriers to disclosure and ways to reduce or remove them as well as how you can anticipate the needs of disabled people whether they tell you or not. We will explore ableism; its impact and ways that individuals and organisations can promote disability equality and empower disabled people to reach their full potential.
