About the CPD course

The goal is to respectfully communicate refusals without causing offense or seeming abrupt. The learning module will cover: Understanding the art of politely declining requests and establishing boundaries; Developing assertiveness in refusal while maintaining approachability; Adopting varied approaches to saying no: tailored to specific situations.
