About the CPD course
A combined level one introduction and level two advanced safeguarding course which provides you with the knowledge and skills required to effectively safeguard the children in your care. It explains common types of maltreatment and how to recognise if they are happening; how to record information of a disclosure; how to report and who to refer to. The advanced content will remind you how to identify maltreatment and report concerns; you will also learn more about the safeguarding framework; recognising risks and what happens after a referral to social care has been made.
