About the CPD course
This is a fully interactive programme where the trainer simulate subtle and realistic scenarios that reflect the day-to-day situations that DfT staff may find themselves in. Delegates will be learning key competencies; skills; and strategies for tackling bullying harassment and discrimination including cultural competence; self awareness; stereotypes and assumptions; and being an active bystander.
