About the CPD course
The Customer Excellence programme builds strong high-trust relationships which build over time and can be complex in nature. It provides practical and sophisticated approaches to drive greater ability to connect, influence and engage with others. The programme: Develops excellent people skills to deliver outstanding service in any situation including complex and demanding circumstances; Develops self- awareness and self-management capability; Teaches proven positive communication tools to influence excellent outcomes; Equips participants with tools to be highly aware of customer needs and how to flex their style to different needs. The modular programme builds capability over a six-month period.
